To ensure that all visitors have a safe, enjoyable experience, we’ve established the following Terms of Service. By visiting our property, you agree to abide by these terms. General Information

About Us: Monarch Hill Farm & Gardens offers visitors the opportunity to interact with and learn about various farm animals in a safe and family-friendly environment. Our goal is to provide education, fun, and a positive experience for all guests.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to book or manage a visit. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Rules of Conduct

Animal Interactions: Always approach animals calmly and respectfully.

Do not feed animals unless explicitly allowed by farm staff and only with approved feed.

Never attempt to pet or interact with an animal in a way that may cause it stress or discomfort.

Please do not chase, provoke, or startle the animals.

Safety: Visitors are responsible for their safety and the safety of others in their group.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

No running, climbing, or jumping in the animal areas.

Refrain from touching your face, mouth, or eyes after interacting with animals and wash your hands or use hand sanitizer immediately after visiting the animals.

Prohibited Actions: No smoking, eating, or drinking inside the animal areas unless permitted.

No loud noises, yelling, or disruptive behavior that could distress the animals.

No photography or videography that interferes with other visitors’ experience or the well-being of the animals.
Health and Safety

Hygiene: Hand sanitizer is available throughout the farm, and we strongly encourage visitors to sanitize thier hands frequently.

If you feel ill or have any symptoms of illness, please refrain from visiting the animals.

Liability Waiver: By visiting Monarch Hill Farm & Gardens, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with interacting with animals.

You agree to hold Monarch Hill, LLC. harmless from any injury, accident, or illness resulting from your visit to the farm.
Ticketing and Admission

Admission Fees: Admission fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time without prior notice.

Ticket Policies: Tickets are valid only for the specific date and time for which they are purchased.

Any special discounts or offers must be used at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.

Respect for Others: All visitors must respect the property, staff, and other guests. Aggressive, rude, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
Parking and Property Use

Please park in designated areas. Unauthorized parking may result in towing at the owner’s expense.

Visitors must refrain from damaging property or interfering with operations within the farm.
Privacy and Media Release

Photographs and Videos: By visiting the farm, you consent to the recording of images, videos, or sound recordings by Monarch Hill, LLC. for promotional or educational purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify staff upon arrival.
Personal Information
We collect personal information for booking, safety, and communication purposes. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
Changes to Terms of Service
Monarch Hill, LLC. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the revised terms will be effective immediately upon posting.
